Take it you mean sunscreen for people, I'd just use a good quility car polish.

Have car paint cool in the shade have a cloth wet with methelated spirits wipe on and immediatly remove with dri cloth . might hav to do 3 times over 10 mins and then a wax only polish . always polish a car in coll shaded area

All those little handprints everywhere.lol A good cut and polish will do the trick.
