running rough once its warmed up. Pull up to traffic lights or an intersection and it wants to stall, give a rev and its fine, doesnt miss or lack any power. Any ideas.

is it carby or injected! it could be a air leak in the intake dealie, or could be dirty injectors or if carby out of tune

I'd be starting with checking the fuel return rubber line for holes and leaks. then the injector pump for leaks

No obvious leaks anywhere that I can see

It will be getting air introduced in the fuel system at some point.

sounds more like a craked head to me . diesel run rough when cold when the is a fuel problem with air and there likes and not when its warm. = head cracke opening up i be doing a tk test

Worth doing a TK but unless it starts rough in the morning with white smoke I would doubt it's head is cracked. I have had plenty of leaking injector pumps causing rough idle when at running temp tho.

its why you have to use winns edt on japanese diesel or chemtech to prevent damage to fuelpumps.

It is 3.0 kz -te engine, no smoke when cold or hot and not using any water.
