would have to be. the simple things in life like the ability to find a partner that accepts you for who you really are ,also the prosperity of having any kids to teach the rights and wrongs of life and finally to have piece of mind that when you retire, the govy won't try to screw you for everything you've ever worked hard for as with your children will still respect you and be healthy parents themselves and thats my version of a "ultimate man cave"

It is possible Hampton Downs has just released some units for sale they will be able to house 4 cars with a mezzanine floor to watch the racing. located on the outside of turn 1 they could easily expand on that

It's already there. I've seen in the garage of an apartment on the straight & it was full of VMX bikes & a Porsche. It didnt look like they were just there for the day either.
I like the concept but dont think NZ has enough wealthy people interested to sustain it.

Theres some pretty good man caves around but in New Zealand we seem to base them on memorabilia and cars but always with a bar theme going on, which does add a bit to the drink and drive combo we already have going on in Enzed, but some of these sheds are awsum.
