HI guys a couple of questions. Whats the torque settings for the pinion nut on a VN holden diff and torque settings on a manual flywheel SR20 P10! Cheers

for the sr20, the flywheel bolts are done up to 83-93Nm

do the sr20 flywheel bolts up FT (f**king tight) 83-93 Nm is correct but doesnt seem that tight

I know what you mean cougar. I did them up today and it didnt seem very tight. What about the pressure plate settings!
