Could that be the problem!

ive had a few 6a12tt vr4 galants and it sounds like a head gasket too me take radiator cap off and look when its idleing [cold]. any bubbles [if there isnt any bubbles that doesnt nessesarily mean that its not blown just not blown water side .mine did the exsact same thing and it ended up being both head gaskets .And let me tell you the 6a12tt/13tt are not fun to work on .

the higher boost will be a result of the intake exhaust mods but that wont cause it to miss ect .are the 02 sensors in your new setup ,check your bov the standard bov's crack easy and check the interccoler piping too that material pipe is shiet as too ,unfortuanitly theres tonne's and tonne's of crap that goes wrong in these engines [and auto boxe's],they are getting hard to find parts for too ,but all in all they goe farking hard when there running mint .

no blue its the gt sports version, um yes radiator seems all good no bubbles has aftermarket bov and all intercooler pipeing is okay. and no there not fun at all to work on lol were aboutsare the 02 sensors placed on the exhaust so i can pull them out and give them a clean! if so what is good to clean them with!

have you checked the coil packs and ignition leads! Pull the plugs out again and check which one is different from the rest on the electrode - should give you a clue as to which cylinder is not firing properly. I would probably do a compression test at the same time while all the plugs are out.
