Much as I like Brit cars I've never warmed to Minis (complex and I'm too tall for them) but that's nice.

Heh.funny you should bring this up. There was a lot of discussion on this ad amongst the aussie boys (those bastids watch our ads closely!). The seller was a little defensive initially when the authenticity was questioned which raised suspicions, however I see he has now come through with some info.Hope it goes to a good home.
I think the aussies are still questioning the originality of the body, but I don't know enough about the aussie builds to comment. Sometimes you get people who THINK they know what every BMC car spec was get a little blinded to the fact BMC pretty much made it up as they went along.

Yea, I think this seller is legit, hes been building & racing Minis for years.
Since the public registrations are closed, you must have an invite from a current member to be able to register and post in this thread.
