i just brought some bc reds and put them in and it still sits pretty high and if wined them down any more the spring isnt captive. how do i make it lower!cheers

bc reds should be platform adjusable. Instead of winding the spring set down you should be able to set that where its captive and wind the bottom mount up to lower the car

the bottom mount doesnt wind up and down. but the bc golds do. should i get some keeper springs!
