You also need to be careful you don't post defamatory statements about anyone. A widely used definition is:

yes but the 'right thinking members of society' clause is in there for good reason - people who put themselves and their ideas out there in a forum are asking for whatever comes if it doesn't conform with other points of view.it's really a matter of personal discretion, and everyone obviously has a different idea of that.
the wording of that 'rule's pretty open to interpretation- how do you define where the confines of what a 'right thinking member of society' should be!
read in some of the other boards here and i think you'll find that most of the stuff in motoring is pretty harmless - unless of course you are just a bit precious.
