AS said or not said before, there are several reasons for setting a msg/brd logon.
1: Stops non or banned members from reading the boards 2: let's TM better track who's on site & or ON the msg brds 3: Better statistics on how much time is spent on the msg brds & which msg brds by specific members. 4: slows down casual reading/downloading by bots 5: limits privacy issues to TM members 6: Better protection for members & TM regarding R18 issues/subjects & wording etc
