Duh- the pit crew person did not clean the windscreen in front of the webcam even doing a two handed screen clean.

i went to Le Manns in '02, what an experiance! camped inside the track for 5 days before the race, had to have been 1/2 million campers there & every make & marque of car you could imagine.

Here's a live strean from a Corvette. No comentry, just raw engine noise and an appreciation of how much harder this type of car is to drive than the Audi.
Gosh, that Corvette has lots of gears!I have a clip of a lap in a Porsche 917 (not in the race) and it has a 4 speed box.Mulsanne has no chicanes at all in that clip, and the driver takes the kink flat. Woooo!

I believe they put the chicanes in Mulsanne straight because the old school Porsche 962's were hitting 400km/h+ and it was deemed too fast if something went wrong.
That Corvette racecam was very cool to watch but the Audi racecam was stunning. It's hard to believe how quick that car was, the way it chewed up and spat out LMP2 cars and Ferrari 458's. It was like watching a race on fast-forward. Those drivers have some serious skills.
