Wow Didn't take long for them to become rare. Used to be able to pick up a pretty tidy one for 2-3k a few years back

Nah you can still pick them up for reasonable prices, you just have to be patient, it is however quite a bit harder than it used to be.If you see $0 in the asking price box you are usually dealing with dreamers so move on, a grotty grey 2.0L is not the most desirable model in the range despite its condition, manual gearbox or not,

Rust issues have made them rare.
That is why you used to be able to see them everywhere, and now you don't.
Rust has killed them.

Yeah you tend to forget that even the newest of VL's is 22yo now, remembering what the likes of HQ's and HZ's etc looked like when they were that age it all becomes clear doesn't it lol.

I think that if they have a dollar signe on them, they are overpriced.
