Mate doing up exhaust system on 302 has 2inch ss pipe. Does he go two into one or would you run twin pipes also what kind of mufflers to use to get a good note eg :- coby or flowmaster or other!

i put some flowmasters on my 302 xd and then cut them off the next day as they have a very tinnie sound to them.cobys sound good with a few revs up them but seem to resinate at low revs.

I hate that tinnie sound too. Use twin pipes, and if you want it to purr, put a balance pipe in.

dead right here, balance pipe near the front to even sound out, a 302 would sound pretty good with 2 x 18 inch oval freeflow mufflers,1 each side in front of the diff, i have made my own stuffed with pink batts.My V8s sound real throaty and a real mans cars.Pay the extra, you wont be sorry.Put a couple of chrome tail bits at the end as well.looks sharp!

flowfast just a tin can, cobys have abit of fiber glass insulation or the stainless wool ones, they sound better i reckon
