Hmmm, will be interested in the out come.
I like Pete, always has time to stop & chat, gutted for him.
Not pointing any fingers but there are some around that area that would know a thing or two if it turns out to be non-accidental.
Where my mate lives on Niven st he can see Petes place, i used to live there as well, also a few of my mates live down Edmundson st (on the corner in Jackels Gym).

its a fibreglass factory guys, everything in there is highly flammable and/or can smolder and ignite. we are talking "highly inflamable". many fibreglass factorys have gone this way ,and been rebuilt ,I hope Petes is the same.

I know nothing about the fire that has happened.
But I do know that epoxy resins with a bit too much hardener can get VERY hot when they catylise. (spelling)!

Pete is one of my friends step-father. It hasnt taken out the whole building, but hes lost all his custom moulds etc and its been a huge fire. Took 6 appliances to stop the fire.
From what they've found out, it seems a dodgy light switch was the cause of the fire.
