Steel and tube , Vulcan steel, Fletcher steel, Mico metals.
Try these places, they will know were to get it. Are you sure you want S/S, mostly Aluminium or steel checker plate is the commonest used. If you just want a small piece, ie; not a full sheet, try various engineers shops or Sheetmetal shops.

yeah i would be after a full sheet of it as im gona use it for a floor in my boat to replace the old ply 1, will try these places cheers

Crikey the stainless floor will be worth more than the boat.

im_andrew, May 29, 12:35pm
Pretty sure it normally comes in alloy or steel, never actually seen it in stainless

vag.central, May 29, 12:36pm
Use alloy, stainless is heavy, go to a profile cutting shop and get it cut out to suite the boat

toppo1, May 29, 1:00pm
Use alloy for sure, lay old ply sheets over top to trace around. Use a jig saw with CRC to lubricate the blade to cut it.

Alloy is the best thing to use. It is often called grip tread plate
