thanks to those who offered advice on what to do in my thread on warped brake rotors. ive now had the issue sorted. i had 2 independant tests done on the brakes and a copy of an email sent day after purchase and went back to car yard. he was satisfied with the proof and has supplied new rotors and pads (however i have reimbursed him for pads as i feel they are my own responsibility). hes also fixed my drivers door. so i just want to thank you guys for the help. muchly appreciated and a good outcome overall

had nothing to do with taking his money. brake pads are never covered by warranty. i wasnt being unreasonable. i just wanted the issues that were there from the start fixed. no point replacing rotors and putting the same messed up pads back in
