Kind of odd question really. Might need some background as to why you ask. Me, nothin if its attached to a key that fits in a 100k car lol. But you can pay SFA tothousands for a diamond encrusted one, which no doubt would look BLAH.

Just paid $60 for one that will unlock my doors by remote but as for one as a decoration it would have to be pretty special to lever some cash outa my wallet, or open my beer of course
I brought a BMW one for about 6 bucks a long time ago. If you're talking transponder / chip sync ignition card then I imagine thousands because the car ain't going anyplace without it.
