I cant get the Bonnet to release on my VS Comodore

First idea is pull on release and get someone to push on the bonnet near the latch.

Typical holden LOL (i can say that cos i've had 100s and still have a couple)
Have someone push down on front of bonnet then you pull the lever, hold lever out til other person stops pushing down. Should pop up.

First in first serve lol.im useually writing as others are posting. also try pulling really hard on release. sometimes they take just that bit more. Might be time for new cable or adjustment.There are other ways but i have no idea how to explain it over this.

They are a pain in the butt to adjust on VN-VS, spent forever trying to do my VR ute one, still not 100% tho'.

yer this one works for me as well,i use the base of my fist .when the bonnet pops,don't forget to do an impression of the Fonz.HEYYYYYYYYYYYha ha.

Yup totally, with a good push on the bonnet they normally come free
