what are those nut insert doodads called!, i cant remember. I need some 7/16 unc ones, tap the hole to 1/2", wind in these nuts and tap the three prongs in to lock them in forever, get them from Saeco from memory. End of the week and my minds gone nigh nighs lol, cheers
many years ago they were called Keen-serts, haven't used one in years.
