import one yourself ($30kUS) + shipping = $40k NZ approx. That's a hell of a dealer mark up!

Plus GST. Plus no comeback if something goes bang. And wouldn't it have to be converted to RHD! Which is about $20k anyway, isn't it!

Good to know. Might have to do a search

Plus GST, yes. Unlikely for something to go bang with a 2010 model car. No conversion required due to new law. Anyone can buy one off ebay with the click of a mouse for approx $US 30k ($NZ 38,500) and have it shipped over for less than $2000 more.

Plus GST (about $5000) plus compliance. So all up a little bit under $50,000.
But you can spend over US$40,000 getting a well spec'd Camaro, Maybe the $80,000 ones already here have all the bells & whistles

or maybe there is a huge saving to be made by importing one by itself.
there seems to be huge savings to be made with most other things. particularly anything related to a dirt bike or jetski.

Recheck that no conversion. Camaro's have to be changed to RHD - as more than 20,000 built per year.

Absolutely.
The Camaro , will be a good looking, piece of crap.

Like what. a Euro lemon! Nice if you want to buy more expensive replacement parts & "generally" more expensive to service by the "authorised" service agent. Not everyone wants to look like the other 20000 people who are driving the same POS around.

Unless you buy a "special" model which has lower production numbers. Buy a Hennessey Camaro, 1000hp with full warranty.

what channels would one go threw for a jetski as im on the market for one

Do they qualify! Pretty sure a Steeda, Roush, Foose or Saleen Mustang don't - Only Shelby's. But I might be wrong. Shelby's qualify coz they have their own VIN numbers, whereas the others are just tricked-up Mustangs.
