To be honest, You should save up a bit more money and get a bigger motor. if you keen on doing it properly aye. That one would be "ok" but I just think its not really going to be enough.

You put that in a mini and I guarantee mine will still be quicker. Mine's not going at the moment of cause so it'll be a pushing contest.and mine will be lighter :P

Well if that motor "theoretically" ended up in a Mini there'd be no way it would stay FWD is there. think about it.
