The Suzuki Swift, is re-establishing its dominance as the top selling passenger vehicle in the New Zealand market. The Swift was the number one new car choice in April, according to Motor Industry Association figures, with total sales 66 per cent ahead of its nearest rival ??

I know!
Its just so sad how people buy based on fashion and looks without any concern over what lies beneath. The good news though is it makes proper cars like the MK5 Golf really good value over here.

The Swift is not a terrible car by any means but it uses very basic and old technology which just isn't worth the money those things fetch secondhand.

Good buying new though if all you are concerned about is having a new car with next to no depreciation. at least so long as they remain a popular fashion item.

Its "Prius economics" at its best!
