Its the same as "Carbon Clean" treatments.There are a few garages selling these services where by the hook a machine to your car inline with your fuel supply.The veichel then runs on the special mixtures in this machine that then goes through all the same ports and pipes and normal fuel would and you will not believe the difference!The pieces of carbon fly out the back, the car some times idle higher due to every thing being cleaned out, its cleans all the valves etc and the power difference is noticed so easily when driving afterwards. Well worth the money.
