So he has re-powered a Corona with a non-turbo rotor that would probably make it only marginally (if at all) faster than a stock corona, if only the damn thing would start.

12a, fail. A 3sgte bolts into those things. Plus rotaries sound like wet farts. Plus it's a dirty corona, take a plain car with no styling and reliability then take away the latter. Awesome

It's an incredibly bland and heavy midsize FWD car as opposed to a RWD lightweight tin can like a KP or KE Starlet/Corolla!

lowered, mags & non-factory paint. that aint no sleeper especially if it makes the usual rotary noises. some need to learn the meaning of the term IMO
