jerichord, we have more MGs in our series than almost any other car except possibly Ford Escorts. Take a look at our grids next time! They vary from almost bog standard MGBs to V8s and the top points scorer ever - since day 1 25 years ago, is an MGB!We have 120 registered paid up drivers covering a real variety of cars too.

Classic racing isn't always about the fastest car, hence our reliance on handicap racing.

Back to the MGF. Neighbour a couple of doors away has used her early F as a daily driver for years with no problems. The old adage - if happy, 5 people get to know about it, if unhappy, 33 people get to know.

Of our friends, just about all of those with Hondas, Fords and Holdens have suffered far more hiccups than we ever did with a K series engined Rover and Land Rover Freelander, over a 9 year period. In fact, we had absolutely zero engine problems or failures of any sort - and they were both daily drivers. The Freelander did its fair share of towing too.
