I am using a combination of Eastwoods rust encapsulator (from www.restosupplies.co.nz) and POR15. Yet to try rust bullet.
Eastwoods, is supposedly the best on the market for actual rust protection but POR15 has a harder setting epoxy rock hard type finish so can be better/worse depending on what you are doing.
Eastwoods comes in an aerosol if you prefer so is great for smaller jobs, can be thinned with regular thinner, cleans up easier and sands easier. So sounds like rust bullet in that capacity.
I would be keen to hear how rust bullet compares to eastwoods from someone on here though as most online tests are biased.
