Hi all, I got a drummed diff ( XF Falcon ), what the cheapest way to convert to discs ! Is it a straight forward swap over ! thanks

why bother! unless you are intending to put 'cart horse' rims on and it is the look that bothers you.!

just bolt a diff in out of an ea-el if your xf is a sedan, if you have a ute or station wagon get a diff from ea-el stationwagon. Get a LS diff out of a fairlane or fairmont while you are at it.

Yeah, its pretty much a nicer look. The diff I have is on a trike, its offset & narrowed.

just make sure your master cyclinder will handle it
