Yes, would be a good idea to put spade to ground to clear some of the buildup dirt away, before trying to pull it out. Especially try to look underneath to see what if any ground clearance there is.

+1 If she's a runner could possibly dig a ramp for each wheel and depending how soft the ground is drive the beasty out.

you would want a few big mother steel plates and some construction ply, and a fewjacks . then you lift the truck out of the ground with the jack and backfill the holes under tyre and fit a Heavy ply under the wheel and backfilled holes and lower it on to that done for all wheels and woala you can drive off slowely with plywood shifting one in front of the other to stop it potentially sink again.
