Wanna "clean up" the message boards?

I surely would leave if I had to pay.

Ed: Then again, it wouldn't surprise me if this was already on the books.

I don't go in opinion, its not my thing. I think what gets most people warnings / bans is abuse and language in my observation reading threads here and in general. Motoring guys to tend to use more bad language than what is said in other topics. I wouldn't say its self moderated though, its the moderators job to but some think its their job. Just my opinion has you don't get banned for nothing.

Doesn??

I think most of the bannings stem from the people here going into general and winding everyone there up, now THAT'S playing with fire. Over here we're pretty tight knit and we don't dob people in unless it's obvious spam or general idiocy (I'm pretty sure atleast). I've said a lot of things on here in the past and never had a single warning, and I never go over to General. So, easy solution, avoid the fire!

These messageboards serve only to slow the site down and take up resources, including paid staff. They'll sooner get the chop than charged for. Only a total numpty would pay for OR try and charge for messageboard functionality on a website in this day and age.

Also, I voted for this thread and sent a complaint.
