What has to be changed in a 82 Holden Gemini to change the 4 speed to a 5 speed!Is the driveshaft different!

Buy a different car. You could even end up with 8 gears if you buy the right one.

These were usually 5 speed from the factory, yet to see a four speed version. If it is, yes you will need a different shaft, box, bellhousing etc
