Out for my bicycle ride this morning I heard a scrapping sound coming up behind me. It was a Levin with a flat tyre on a space saver grinding its way along the road at 40kph with a line of cars behind it. I caught up to the bus that was behind it at the next set of traffic lights. Even though the lights were green the Levin wasn??
