OBTAINING A PASSENGER LICENCE

Looking at a change in work / lifestyle - not taxi driving but perhaps driving elderly / disabled / school vans etc.Have been driving for 30 years OMG! with clean driving record (only 1 minor speeding ticket approx. 8 years ago).Who do I contact, how much does it cost, is there a driving test etc!

Its expensive to get.
