i have a toyota ceres car with a error message on the clock in japanese.Any ideas.

My mums ceres has had japanese mumbo jumbo come up on that since the day she bought it - 10 years ago. And car still going fine with regular servicing. How do you know its an error/warning!

It came on 6 months ago then it disappeared then it came back again and it makes a dong noise every now and then.

Uneven tyre inflation. Window washer fluid low. I don't think theres any other msgs that come up on the milti display (clock) in the Levin

My son took it to a auto electrican today and they said it was nothing to worry about because there was no light coming up on the dash.All the tyres are good all the fluid are all topped up.
