Are there any laws regarding the placement of speedbumps! Particular on private driveway, why I'm asking is because a motor cyclist crashed at night because of were the bump is placed, which is placed on a hill, but not on its apex and no warnings of it being there, its also been put there by a neibor but is on my property, I'm damn sure the newborn has overstepped his boundary ,intern causing the accident, so yea, opinions! Legalalities!

So, your neighbour put it on your property or shared driveway property! If its on his property it is ok. If he has put it on your property, hes over stepped the mark and could be liable. Same if on a shared driveway if all the driveway users havn't agreed

Shared driveway, however its stated in the boundry zones that the drive way in front of my house is mine, after that its his, before my drive is another land owners, its a 200 meter driveway, its annoying as I didn't mind him putting one down on the foundry between my place and his as his new tenants behind his place were going too fast down the drive, but now he placed another one the other side of my boundry, which means I could be held liable by the insurance co for lack of signage, as its the second one that caused the accident
