Paint stripper! Though you would have to repaint the floor

scrap the bulk of it off with a scrapper or chisel, and then get the residue off with petrol. have fun.

Getting the sound proofing as could as possible helps. Dry ice and a chisel will get it off. Some of the early mats came off with a bit of heat (to soften the adhesive) but the more modern mats seem to get harder to remove with heat
I have had good luck with an air chisel on soundproofing, but you do risk some damage to the parent metal.
If your ute has a spray on product then the above will not work

I read in a car mag that dry ice is the easiest. Make sure you wear gloves and put it all over then once its very hard just chisel it out - expect a weekend to do it. Search Google, bound to be a step-by-step guide. And if stripping the spray on crap on wellsides (spray on tufdeks), petrol is best cos its not resistant to petrol.

Being in a main centre it may be worth a call to a dry ice blaster to get a price. Dry ice blastingis by far the quickest and easiest way to get under-seal type stuff off.
