If you have a oil pump to suit then yes

I modified a VN V6 sump to fit a HQ, moved the well to the back etc and also made the sump shallower to allow the V6 sit as low as I could. I have 20 plus years fabrication experience.Probably took around 7 hours start to finish with no leaks. I never got around to modifying the oil pick up tube as I ended up getting a V8. My oil pick up tube would be simple about 2 hours max, remove the mounting plate and strainer , then replace the original tube with a new piece of tube bent to suit the well now being at the rear of the engine. $600 aus may be the go. Have you tried castlemaine rod shop. They do a lot of V6 conversion kits etc.
