What is the best way to strip the paint off painted alloy rims without causing any damage to them! Paint stripper, soda blasting!

You can get special paint strippers for the job that don't eat the alloy, your local auto paint supplier will have it or know where to get it.

just a word of warning.many painted alloys use a THICK THICK filler primer before painting and when you take it off you are left with a ROUGH surface like about 80 grit sandpaper thats take a fair bit of polishing down.
