you again.whats wrong with VN gear! Exactly the same as VS anyways with the odd exception. Front v8 x-member (or K frame if you hail from aus) from VB-VP, radiator, engine with mounts, box, flywheel (pretty sure they are all 6 bolt), pressure plate, clutch plate, thrust bearing, clutch fork, clutch cable, pedal box (VB-VL = expensive as hell as you can only use the 6 & 8cyl one), bellhousing, slip yoke. If you had a complete donor car (good luck) then that save yourself alot of time & $$. You will have to get the driveshaft made as only the VL had this engine/box combo factory & VN onwards the car is longer so the shaft from this is no good. Oh yeah & the stick surround for the centre console or just modify the auto one. I see your wrecking a vl calais. DO you realise that some of the parts in your questions you need for this conversion not to mention the car itself is a manual.

you need the pedal box from as i said above from VB-VL 6 or 8 cyl car as the 4cyl ones have a different pivot. The engine x member from a vn v8 will work. As for the rad. Excuse me if im wrong as its been years since i did mine but from memory the rad mounts from VL are 420mm apart. VK & older are 460mm. Am not sure if VN onwards match as I have a pre VL car but i dont see why it would be. If VS mounts match, its all good
