Rolling chassis should probably come with everything it needs to roll right! otherwise its just a chassis

yep, your right I think. Rolling infers just that "rolling" how the hell would you roll it with out wheels! Tell him he had a misleading auction and stick it. Theres nothing that says wheels not included. Sound like hes removing bits as people want them.

From the wording of the auction , it comes with wheels (rolling ) gearbox and registration ( live till July . I think you should just inform him of what you and others believe ( post link to this thread ) and give him the option of being honourable to the trade . Otherwise agree to disagree amicably as no use crying over spilt milk or being unhappy traders .

Yeah, hopefully he has some mags or something that hes offering for extra, but if he's offering you wheels because it doesn't come with any, I'd argue. "As is Where is". As it is in the photo, it has wheels. I would expect to get them with it. Good luck.

What you see is what you should get but it dosn't have plates that Ok. unless stated the rego number there will be no plates , yes you should get the wheels.

It does say very clearly that its registered until July so if it has no plates they better not have been handed in and the rego cancelled.
Poster 1 I agree with the others, just start off politely in case the wheels being offered are extra to the ones on the chassis. That said, hold your ground firmly if that is not the case though.

Bare-faced liar, would not trade again. And then describe the magical disappearing wheels and registration.
