Mike and Paul are good guys. The shop is a franchise, not a company shop, big difference. Mike is the owner, he works hard to do a good job. I use him for all my exhaust stuff, wouldnt hesitate to recommend him.

I got my exhaust system on the Pontiac done by them about 4 years ago. Back then the guy running the shop was a good guy, then he moved to Kelston for a while and then moved to New Lynn when the arrogant arse hole that use to run the New Lynn shop left. I follow him around when ever I need any mods done on the exhaust system. Don't know if he's still in New Lynn.

And yet the entire purpose of a franchise is to allow the consumer to expect the same levels of service at any outlet. So you'd have to ask why anyone would bother getting into a franchise that is generally regarded as full of rogues.

I've used Westgate Pitstop in recent months. Very helpful guys and believe it or not, I felt that I was not ripped off - the job was done well at a very reasonable price.
