Could just be soot + condensation.or a head gasket issue. Does it happen all the time!

I may be way off base here.but possibly air/fuel mixture is a bit rich! Taken it for a good run lately!

Has been off the road for since October, only drive it's had is when I picked it up and drove it from Balclutha to Timaru about a month ago. Have just done a full service on it, Was oil on the plug end of spark plugs, but completely dismissed it when there was no signs in oil. But then again the radiator leaks so hopefully it's just the fact it needs a run.
