it usually is a coilpack at fault, or sometimes an ignition module. Alot of people convert to Mitsubishi wasted spark setup to eliminate ignition troubles with Nissan motors.

start it from dead cold, touch all the exhaust ports with your hand, the one that take the longest to heat up too hot to touch is your problem cylinder. Id bet $ its the coil. failing that the injector, then ignitor, then cas.
