haha, im lacking a dish washer otherwise i would have done so, and im sorta young to have a wife so, Id more likely watch my ass or mum or Dad would start swinging some wood over my head haha

LOL, I meant my wife haha. Get an old bath tub or similar, fill with red hot water and dunk a few hand fulls of Finish in it, give it a swirl every 10mins, or simply leave overnight :) works a treat 110%

Hag yea, well its done and cleaned now anyways, just took Yeps and a lot OS soaking in a tub of degreaser

Well getting the exhaust seats replaced with hardened seats No more worrys about pitting/ burning out/ lead additives etc etc.

Talk to The Auckland Triumph club guys, someone's bound to have a serviceable head they can sell you. I've never heard of anyone with one of these cars getting all the valve seats replaced.

$50 eacht about average for hardened seats & $60 for a skimjust do exhaustinlets will lap in OKcheck guidesfirst.Shop will put it through their hot wash cleaner anyway when finished to remove anyparticles so dont bother cleaning it first .
