I am interested in buying a personalised plate that hasn't been registered for almost 10 years (car was written off by insurer).Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I could find the owner please!

So he can put it on his car perhaps!A P'plate doesn't have to be assigned to a vehicle, they don't die with the car like normal plates, once you have purchased the rights to the plate, you've got it AFAIK forever.
Since the public registrations are closed, you must have an invite from a current member to be able to register and post in this thread.
