Just wondering, does all types of head units fit in all makes of cars! What should we look for when buying a head unit for a particular make of car! TIA, not too savy when it comes to cars.

What is the make/model of car & year!
Most cars use the DIN fitting which should be (not always) the same standards.
Hope that is a help in some way,until you can provide better details. Some cars need a replacement panel to remove the old radio,cos it's all in the front case/cover etc.Can think of 4 cars where that is the case.

Many newer cars (and some older luxury models) have built in stereos that are difficult to change.
Since the public registrations are closed, you must have an invite from a current member to be able to register and post in this thread.
