what causesmy bike carb to overflow out of overflow pipe ,also why doessmoke still come out of exhaust and muffleris still very hot even after it is turned off with a burning oil smell

the needle and seat is worn or the float level is to high.is it a two stroke engine if so you may be running to much oil in the fuel

take your carb apart and check all seals, give it a proper clean out with the proper carb cleaners. Have the float levels checked, and if necessary reset.
Id agree you are running the mix with too much oil, what ratio are you putting in the tank currently!
