i am going to replace the shaft hanger bearing in my ute i need to remove the center yoke pinion to do this. How do i remove the yoke without braking it. cheers

Jack the back a bit higher than the front to stop oil running out of the Gear box when you remove the shaft, you will need to remove one part of the universal joint watch for the needle rollers.undo the big nut and remove the u joint bit left marking it so it will go back the same place.remove bearing and fit the new one the same way round, refit u joint bit, then reassemble the u joint, simple what! bolt it back in the vehicle.
