For some reason my last thread has disappeared!

Who was it who'd said I'd taken a pic of her son and it was his first show! Didn't find out.

Will be uploading pics of some of the drags today and the model comp.

Well the cars done NOTHIN for me but I like your photography. What was 56chev racing for! Was it to show how it's really done! LOL

noswalg, Jan 29, 4:11pm
Nah, CBR's RX2 consistently showed the 8's how it was done, hopefully get that twin turbo setup sorted for some quick times at dragmasters, http://s1270.photobucket.com/albums/jj617/gribstar/!action=view&current=CBR.mp4#!oZZ1QQcurrentZZhttp%3A%2F%2Fs1270.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Fjj617%2Fgribstar%2F%3Faction%3Dview%26current%3DCBR2.mp4

Any results anywhere !

taintedkitten, Jan 30, 12:15am
Thanks 74nova.

I'm not too sure of results Clark, I'd imagine they'd be put up on the website soon.

turton, Jan 30, 12:36am
imports can be quick too.

marmatt, Jan 30, 1:10am
56 chev is a wepon twin turboshe should of lined up the cortina from aus would of been a good race

74nova, Jan 30, 3:16am
Well see next Monday.hahaha

taintedkitten, Jan 30, 4:43am
Apparently posting a link to photos is posting contact information

johnf_456, Jan 30, 4:46am
Wasn't it to a facebook page which people could contact through that!

Yeah I get that feeling when I go to any boat anchor meeting when all I hear is tractor fart sounds and all I see is over weight cars doing very average times on the best preped tracks in NZ.
The 56 was there for the derby but the dumb arse didint know it was a race meeting not a rubbish dump lol

1ollie, Jan 30, 7:29am
No need to see next monday I mean just look at the results that are around from the last 10 years! lol and there is just no need these days to see meat heads continualy pouring millions of dollars into crap tanks that are powered by primative tech rubbish doing the same old average times

cuda.340, Jan 30, 12:01pm
kinda notice tho that these primative tech rubbish tractor f@rts keep returning to the startline for the next round with minimal trashing on the engine between rounds! the modern import stuff that goes fast doesn't always run consistant as the old f@rt. just check out this seasons racing from Fram in the comp season.

74nova, Jan 30, 12:07pm
And the 56 is a street legal car.How old are you ollie! 13!

I'll just add, well see how many jappas break on the day.

marmatt, Jan 30, 12:19pm
must be the holidays again.simple fact is the import guys have raised there game and year by year geting betterand faster learning on there set ups etcfram is not by far the best track out thereit just needssome work

missyoupjk, Jan 30, 3:37pm
theres several reliable 7 and low 8 second import cars now, its a shame the attitude in the pits has gone all feral us against them again :(

cuda.340, Jan 30, 10:05pm
was told 16 breakages , 2 ran off the end of the track & that doesn't include the import from Aussie that crashed big time during testing last wednesday. towies made good money on sunday.

1ollie, Jan 31, 12:23am
lol yeah you would hope they would with 50+ years of people learning around those similar setups as opposed to the 20 odd years for the jap cars. And do you actualy stupid enought to beleive the V8s never break and that all imports are that bad!

1ollie, Jan 31, 12:23am
lol yeah you would hope they would with 50+ years of people learning around those similar setups as opposed to the 20 odd years for the jap cars. And are you actualy stupid enough to believe the V8s never break and that all imports are that bad!

1ollie, Jan 31, 12:29am
Nah im only 12 haha. And yeah street legal! like to see it get a VTNZ wof strait after he leaves the track from a race day! ohh and i surpose he drives it there and then to work every day! lol tui time.
And of course things break when your fighting well above your weight class but they will get there one day.

ninja_man, Jan 31, 1:05am
robbie wards RB dragster seems to be pretty reliable with consistent 7 second runs. Sure the V8's may be more reliable in some cases but no need to talk trash about the imports.

marmatt, Jan 31, 2:11am
2 off the end never saw themyes 1 aussie did go down with no chutes but he is good driver and still made the turnaround roadhave alook at robies rear veiw vid (craig hung on to the r100 well could of had a very bad crash but no ) the car that crashed on the testing day got out of it and got back on it and lost itdriver error but the car was fixed in 2 daysadn still ran a 7 sec passseems to me you dont like the imports at all maybe becouse they dont have 8 pistons slapping around isnt right , simple go get a small tire car 28/9 and put over 1000hp in it and see if you can drive it

cuda.340, Jan 31, 3:26am
don't get me wrong, i admire a fast import, even better if that driver knows how to race, but we never get that many failures on a comp day, & from my observations, most import cars aren't that consistant.

wellabolla, Jan 31, 4:38am
What powers the worlds fastest drag car! and always has!
