Just use a diff oil or they have outboard gearbox oil at supercheap in one ltr bottles.Make sure its completely full to the top of the input screw

i think grade c was the equivalent of 90, which is pretty much stand gear oil. Fill with outboard in upright position to top bung. This allows a small amount of room for expansion (aeration of oil) overfilling may pressurize and blow the bottom seals

Well it was a freebiegearlinkage had seizedfixed it already,just on a runabout forin shore fishing . Its a 7240hpbeen stored for 10 yearsfired upgood o,better made than the suzuki90 POS ihad on last boat.

make sure you fill from the bottom not from the top or you can get a air lock and blow gear box
