For the 12 months to October 2011, 98% of Suzuki drivers say they are satisfied* with their current vehicle. This is 6% points above the average and puts them ahead of Toyota, Honda, Ford and VW tied on 94%.

And have a read of this too, quite interesting results but with Toyota figuring so well in the chart I would say a pretty accurate reflection of the general feeling of the board on Toyota reliability. I don't own one, I purchased a brand new Swift Sport and never had reason to complain about anything.

Figures Chrysler and Dodge are still at the bottom. They will go under, it's just a matter of time, they can't continually pump out crap cars forever. The Hitlerwagon company is also way down thee, but I'm guessing that's older cars. From the Op's post, I'd say they are starting to learn from their mistakes.
