Major reason Sky reckon theyre better than broadcast is 'watch your favourite sports LIVE & UNINTERRUPTED'. unless another sport comes along lol, I got the same with American drag racing some years ago then came home one night & nothing but tennis & golf. answer I got was 'but you can tape it'. Never had Sky since & when we stay in hotels/motels it just confirms Skys lack of value for money

i had once sky for free via uhf antenna, and i did not bother decoding it after 1 week , was just thinking what moron even pays for that kind of crap.

Sky is good like that ass oles .they often cut thenascar / NHRA dragsor change the programme without notice . I missed finals of NHRA due to them doing that last yearComplain all you want theydont care , paid yoursubs .

No they didn't, i saw the finals on sky.
MySky - find NHRA - push record button - push 'series link' button -BINGO every NHRA broadcast recorded.
Have never missed a broadcast of NHRA because they "change the programme without notice" as you say.

The roll out of the fibre might alter sports broadcasts. If there was no Sky, the other channels would probably just show re-runs of mash and hogans heroes continuously.
